Our Missionary mandate to make disciples of all nations is not just carried out through preaching the good news on the pulpit. It also involves providing basic amenities for the people we serve. The very reason for this is that when the early missionaries came, they brought with them schools, hospitals and social infrastructure. The Catholic Church all over the world is well known for her input in the areas of education and healthcare.
Our Diocese is largely made up of poor peasant farmers and petty traders who are unable to provide for themselves all they need for survival. As such, whereever our churches are located, we try to provide education and healthcare for villagers who have no access to the Government own. We currently have lots of project going on ranging from Building of Churches, providing deep wells for villages who have no access to clean water, sponsoring children in elementary and high school education, supporting missionaries who work in these villages.
Many of the projects we have been able to accomplish have been made possible through the generosity of kind people like you who visit our page and support the work we do. Churches have been built, many children have been trained in school, many villages have access to clean water and many children have been saved from malaria and waterborne diseases. All these would not have been possible without your support.
We still have a lot to accomplish as a diocese. We still have many children waiting to be sponsored in school, many villages in need of clean water to drink, many missionaries in need of means of transportation to move around the village churches. We need your help and support. You can support any of our projects and we promise you transparency with your funds. Contact us to support our work and together we make the kingdom of God present on earth.
